Service Terms

Service terms approved October 4, 2026. These terms describe our business arrangements; they are not a fatwa or halal certification.

Our commitments

We primarily help Muslim-owned businesses. We also welcome non-Muslim businesses serving Muslim customers when the proposed products, services and marketing practices meet the standards agreed for the work. We describe what we can deliver honestly, disclose material limitations before booking, and correct mistakes brought to our attention. We do not promise sales, rankings, religious approval or halal certification.

Written scope before payment

Before you pay, you receive a written scope identifying the service, deliverables, total price, currency, payment dates, revision allowance, client responsibilities, exclusions, milestones and delivery dates. A standard page means a normal informational page whose content and features are identified in that scope; it does not include a shop, membership system, custom application or other unstated functionality. Any taxes that apply and all required outside costs are disclosed before acceptance. If we cannot price an outside cost accurately, we explain the estimate and obtain your approval before incurring it.

Nothing is added to your order by default. Additional work needs a written price and your agreement before it starts. A conversation or inquiry does not create an obligation to purchase.

Prices and founding offer

All listed prices are in US dollars (USD).

  • Halalify Marketing Review: $249
  • Website Design & Development: $2,500
  • Business Card Design: $125
  • Brand Identity Package: $1,000
  • Marketing Flyer Design: $225
  • Website Copy Strategy: $600
  • SEO & Google Business Optimization: $650
  • WhatsApp Business Setup: $450
  • Premium WhatsApp Setup & Workflow: $950
  • Complete Brand & Growth Package: $4,500

The Halalify review is offered at $99 to the first ten founding customers who book that service. We confirm eligibility and availability before payment and record bookings so we do not oversell the offer. We do not publish a remaining-place count without current records. The $249 figure is our standard listed price; we do not imply it is a historical price previously paid unless records support that claim.

The inclusions and exclusions shown on our Pricing page accompany these terms. Monthly offers require their own written quantities, channels, revision limits and reporting schedule; we do not sell an undefined monthly package.

Payment

Payment schedule: projects below $1,000 are paid in full after acceptance of the written scope. Projects of $1,000 or more use a 50% advance and 50% balance after the agreed deliverables are ready and the client has had an opportunity to review them, before final handoff or launch. A different schedule may be agreed in writing before booking.

An advance is credited toward the project, not automatically forfeited upon cancellation. We charge no interest or late-payment penalties. If a payment is overdue, we give written notice and may pause work; we do not increase the agreed price as a time-based penalty. We do not advertise a third-party financing option as permissible without reviewing its actual terms.

Delivery and client responsibilities

We agree an actual delivery date or milestone schedule before booking, based on our capacity and the scope. We do not advertise an unconfirmed turnaround. The schedule states any conditions, such as receipt of final content, account access and approvals.

The client supplies accurate business information and content they have permission to use, and approves factual claims before publication. Use account invitations where available; do not send passwords through ordinary messages. If missing materials or a requested scope change affects delivery, we explain the effect and agree a revised schedule. We do not silently extend deadlines or add charges.

If we cannot meet a promised date, we notify the client promptly, explain the available options and agree the next step. A delay does not authorize us to keep payment for undelivered work indefinitely.

Revisions and approval

A revision round is one consolidated list of adjustments to the agreed deliverable, within its original scope. Correcting our failure to meet the agreed scope does not consume a paid revision round. A new direction, extra page or extra design requires a separately agreed quote.

Website Copy Strategy includes one revision round. Website Design, Business Card Design, Brand Identity, Marketing Flyer Design and Complete Brand & Growth include two rounds. Premium WhatsApp includes 14 days of refinement support from handoff, covering adjustments to the agreed messages and workflow; new integrations and inbox management are separate. For services without an agreed revision allowance, the scope specifies the review and correction process before payment.

Review window: we ask for consolidated feedback within seven calendar days of presenting a milestone. Silence is not acceptance and does not authorize launch. If the client needs more time, we agree a revised schedule. Final publication or launch requires explicit approval.

Cancellation and refunds

Before work starts, cancellation receives a full refund of payments to us. An already purchased third-party item is deducted only if the client approved its exact cost and non-refundable conditions before purchase; refundable outside costs are returned.

After work starts, the client may cancel in writing. We provide an itemized account of completed agreed milestones and approved, non-refundable outside costs. The scope allocates milestone prices before payment; we do not invent an hourly charge or cancellation fee afterward. If a scope lacks milestone allocations, we agree a fair settlement with the client rather than decide a deduction unilaterally. We refund the unused balance and provide completed deliverables covered by the amount retained. Refunds normally go to the original payment method.

Refund timing: we initiate the refund within seven business days after its amount is established; the payment provider may take additional time to post it. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed work, we refund the undelivered portion. If we delivered defective or materially incomplete work, we first offer a prompt correction at no additional charge; if correction is unavailable or unsuitable, we agree an appropriate refund or other remedy. Completion of a service does not erase rights concerning misleading descriptions, defects or applicable law. We do not use a blanket 'all payments non-refundable' clause.

Outside costs and recurring services

Domain registration, hosting, printing, paid assets, subscriptions, advertising spend and other excluded costs require separate approval. We disclose who owns the account, who receives payment, any renewal price and date, and how to cancel. We do not make a subscription necessary for the deliverable without disclosing it before booking.

Ongoing-service policy: monthly work renews only with explicit written approval of the next month's scope and fee. There is no automatic renewal, minimum commitment or prepaid annual obligation unless separately disclosed and expressly agreed. Cancellation stops future renewals; any prepaid undelivered work is handled under the refund policy above.

Ownership, permission and handoff

After agreed payment, clients receive the original deliverables and file formats listed in the scope, with the agreed usage rights. Third-party fonts, images, software and templates remain subject to their licenses, which we disclose. We do not promise exclusive rights to third-party materials or trademark clearance without performing and agreeing that service.

Clients own their domain and business accounts; we arrange handoff and removal of unnecessary access. We seek written permission before displaying client work, names, logos, testimonials or personal images publicly. Testimonials must be authentic; any discount or other material incentive is disclosed. We do not fabricate reviews, followers, availability or results.

Claims, imagery and religious questions

We substantiate factual advertising claims, describe products accurately and disclose important conditions beside the offer. We distinguish real client work, mockups and illustrative previews. We do not knowingly hide defects or present synthetic results as real.

We agree creative requirements in the scope, including any restrictions on music, people or other imagery. When a specific religious ruling or disputed application is needed, we identify the issue and seek a suitably qualified review using the agreed sources. We do not turn an unsupported interpretation into a claim that a scholar approved a campaign. A marketing review is not a fatwa or halal certification, and a business agreement does not establish that a product itself is permissible.

Complaints and correction

Contact mrk@halalmarketingsolutions.com with the order, concern and requested remedy. Response targets: acknowledge within two business days and provide a proposed resolution within seven business days, or explain what further information or time is needed. A disagreement is reviewed using the agreed scope, records and applicable rights; the client may seek independent advice and available remedies.

We correct inaccurate public statements when established. We respond respectfully to legitimate criticism and do not condition a refund on removing an honest review. We may moderate spam, threats and disclosure of private information without suppressing ordinary critical feedback.
